ThunderVoice is an extension for Mozilla Thunderbird. It adds a button to the message composition toolbar so that users can quickly record a voice memo and attach it to a new message or any other message composition, such as when one replies to or forwards an existing e-mail message.<\/p>\n

This was designed so that anyone for whom typing is a strenuous task can make use of the Thunderbird mail client and send messages with less strain on the hands, especially for those who must send a large number of e-mails on a regular basis.<\/p>\n

ThunderVoice uses the Java sound API to record audio streams from the microphone or a line-in device, compress it in the MP3 audio format, and automatically attach it to an e-mail message. Please refer to the included licenses and README.txt files for information on licensing.<\/p>\n
